The hotel is extremely convenient and in an ideal location in the shops along the street. Everything is very convenient, the room is a nice size and cheap with newer renovated toilet, the basics necessary and a great big window.

We stayed at a hotel near the train station and we had a pleasant experience. Best aspects were the excellent location, right next to the train station, and walking distance to shopping centers and famous food during the day. The hotel facilities were reasonable for the price we paid and the room was spacious and clean. Additionally, we found free parking available by the roadside.

The hotel staff, especially Ms. Pom, were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even switched our room so that the fridge could stay on when we were not in the room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool during the hot weather. There was also a restaurant beside the hotel where we could order food to our room, which was very convenient. I had a great experience at Train Hotel Hatyai and would recommend it to others.
